Returns Policy
We’re happy to accept returns for unused products within 30 days of your order date. Orders placed during November and December benefit from an extended holiday returns window until the end January.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with labels intact.
- All components must be present, with no damage or missing parts.
- For horse rugs, please groom your horse thoroughly before trying them on, as rugs with dirt or hair cannot be accepted for refunds.
Unacceptable Returns: If an item is returned dirty, damaged, or otherwise unsuitable, we will notify you with photos for reference. You’ll be responsible for the delivery cost to return the item to you, and no refund will be processed.

Manufacturing Faults
We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship. However, if you receive an item you believe is faulty, please:
- Email us with photos of the issue within 7 days of receipt.
- Send the product back for inspection if requested.
Please note:
- We do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or use by your horse.
- If your item is found to have a manufacturing fault, we will process a replacement or refund promptly.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days, with funds credited to your original payment method.
Pre-Orders
Refunds for pre-orders follow the same policy as standard orders. The 30-day return period begins from the shipment date, not the pre-order purchase date.
Sale Items
Sale items must be returned within 14 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund.
Sparkle Range
Our Sparkle Range products are made with premium materials but require extra care. These items are designed for special occasions (e.g., competitions or photoshoots) and should be stored in a protective bag when not in use.
Important:
- Check your goods immediately upon receipt.
- If they arrive damaged or scuffed, send us photos within 24 hours for a full refund or exchange.
We cannot be held responsible for wear and tear over time, so we recommend treating these items with care.
