To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
  • We use Collect+, so you can simply print the shipping label we send you and take the parcel to your local Collect+ hub. This service is available on any parcel up to 10kg, of dimensions up to 60x50x50cm.

 

Does my item qualify for return?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your order.

  • They must be in an original, unused condition
  • The product must have no marks, dirt or hair
  • In the original packaging, with all labels intact

 

Does my item qualify for return via Collect+?

Only UK-based customers can return parcels to us via Collect+. International customers outside of the UK can follow the above returns procedure, but will organise the return shipment themselves via a courier of their choice and be responsible for covering the cost themselves. We encourage customers organising their own return to email us with their courier tracking number to ensure a smooth process.

 

How do the returns work?

  • Via our simple Collect+ system, we generate the shipping label for you to save you hassle and the cost of overpriced couriers
  • The return shipment will cost £5.57 and this will be taken off your refund or store credit amount
  • Returns take 48h and are tracked and insured for your peace of mind

 

Are there any extra charges for return?

  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping (as above)
  • There are no additional charges for return

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • We aim to process returns as quickly as possible, but returns can take up to 2 weeks to process during busy periods, so many thanks in advance for your patience.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
