Sparkle Range FAQs
We recommend using your Sparkle range products for special occasions, for example competitions and photoshoots and the occasional ride at home. We do not recommend them for everyday use. We use the highest quality sparkle materials, and it does last the test of time, if proper care is taken. Due to its sparkly nature, if repeatedly scuffed, knocked and dropped etc, then this is likely to reduce the aesthetic appeal of the product(s). Please put in a protective bag when not in use.
Material items (bandages, fly veil, saddle pad, brushing boots, overreach boots) can be put in the wash on a low heat on a short cycle. For leather items or items with a lot of metal components (bridle, head collar) we recommend gently dabbing with a wet sponge for the best results, with no saddle soap.
Damaged upon arrival:
Please check your order upon arrival and notify us within 24 hours if there is a defect or any damage. If the product is substandard in any way (e.g. missing crystals in the brow band), then we will of course organise for a replacement or a refund, depending on the customer's choice and what's available in stock. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after the product has been used and worn for more than just trying on. As such, please ensure your horse is very well groomed before trying on.
