Pause to US & Canadian Sales

It's with great regret that we are temporarily unable to offer shipping to our valued US and Canadian customers.

In light of the pandemic, our couriers have been imposing astronomical 'COVID-surcharges' to each international shipment. We have not been passing these additional costs onto our customers, but as such, it has become financially unviable for us to continue whilst these surcharges still exist.

We will continue to serve our Northern American customers as soon as these surcharges are lifted. We are also currently working on plans to open a US-based branch of Ponyo and stock our products in the States, hopefully later this year, which will dramatically reduce your shipping costs and wait times. 

We apologise for the temporary inconvenience and look forward to getting things back to normal.
